KWWP respects creators’ rights. If you believe material on KWWP.org or our streams infringes your copyright, send a notice to our DMCA contact below.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Your notice must include (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, program name, date/time).
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice that includes:

1. Your signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or Anchorage, Alaska, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers & Policy

We terminate or restrict access for repeat infringers where appropriate and may remove content at our discretion.
