These Terms form a contract between Alaska Úlfhéðnar (“we,” “us”) and you (“you,” “user”) governing your use of KWWP.org and our streams (the “Service”). AKUMedia (DBA Alaska Outlaws LLC) provides technical operations under a Statement of Work and has no editorial authority.
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Unless noted, programming, recordings, artwork, and text are owned by their creators and licensed to KWWP for publication. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If you submit messages, PSAs, or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them on the Service. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to share.
We may include underwriting messages or affiliate links. Disclosures will appear where required. Affiliate relationships do not affect editorial decisions.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content is for information and cultural education and does not substitute for medical/mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alaska Úlfhéðnar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Alaska Úlfhéðnar harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue lies in Alaska state or federal courts.
We may modify these Terms; the effective date will reflect updates. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
